Looks interesting. Right now my problem is that neither my wife nor I can get our excite e-mails. To report a problem takes over 24 hours for a response.

I can’t find anything about it on the web. If other people were having problems it would show up on a forum somewhere.

I plan to switch everything over to a yahoo account because ever since excite went with their new e-mail system last year it’s been a little buggy. Now, it may take a day to get to the e-mail.

Might I suggest that since you're changing email addresses anyway, that you look at setting up a mail forwarding service. It won't solve you immediate issue of not being able to reach your email, but it will be tha last time you have to send out an address change to your contacts. I've used pobox.com for over 10 years. I couldn't tell you how many times I've changed ISPs over the past decade, but the email address everyone uses to contact me hasn't changed.
