How reckless is Hitler? This is the real crux of the question hanging over Europe.They know all they need to know about Hitler. It seems like they are connecting the dots but don’t want to see the picture that emerges once they are all connected.

anyone know the date of the signing of the german russian pact? it has to be pretty soon after this article ran. whats instructive is that all the while the west is negotiating with stalin, he is cutting a deal with hitler. once that deal gets signed, WW2 starts.
and from hitlers pov, it kind of made sense. by taking russia out of west equation he could reasonable conclude that the democracies would never do anything anytime no matter what he did.
thats how the big wars start, and there are some parallels with today.
