Today we have news that a gay white academic at Duke offered his 5 year old black adopted "son" for sex on the internet without major media attention. We have news that the Obama administration worked to keep a Marxist in Latin America in office. We have a story that William Ayers ghostwrote "Dreams" by Obama. We have a story that Catholic adoption agencies in Britian will cease their functions due to restrictions on their agency because of pro-gay legislation. We have stories that the dollar is dropping because China continues to press for a world reserve currency other than the dollar. Yesterday we had "Cap and Trade" pass the House while most news stories focused on the Michael Jackson death. We have the ongoing story that Acorn, under indictment for election fraud is being funded by the U.S. government and is helping in the census.
We had a president whe we were certain was guilty of murdering Vince Foster, and probably others.
And yet they both finished out their full terms.
So no, this is the same old same old.
The thing is that there was no sudden change in demographics. It’s like a tipping point was reached where ordinary working Americans with ordinary American values suddenly are seen as not mattering.

I feel helpless. Honestly, what can you do when the supposed media watch dog is the lap dog for this administration? When our side is effectively silenced by the non coverage of the things we oppose, we look apathetic. The new media, internet, is preaching to the choir, we talk only to fellow conservatives, while the mass mainstream media preaches to the congregation that isn’t involved enough to find out the truth behind a lot of the stories. It’s frustrating.

The “old” old media used to maintain a pretense of objectivity that forced them to cover with some balance, and there was competition in the market with another paper, or another station, that forced them to cover interesting news. Now it’s a monopoly of sorts, with the MSM all ignoring the same stories, touting the same stories, and getting caught in outright frauds and coverups.
Who will get tickets?
Gay men - even gay men who rape 5 year old children and offer them for sale - are a protected class of the MSM.
If a Christian minister had done the same we would be hearing about it for the next year or two. If a Republican official had done it, we'd hear about it until the next election and they every election after that for 20 years.
If a dem had raped a five year old every night then offered the child to be raped for money - it would be "old news" the next day. A one day story.

The question I have is how? We conservatives saw all this coming and have been shouting about it . . . and have been marginalized by the left in media to the point where our country elected Obama and gave him free rein for the past 100 days or so to do all this.
They’ve got their shills here trying to gin up the weak to get them to be violent. Problem is that Republicans aren’t violent. You have doubts? Go to your local jail or prison and ask about the party affiliation. Look at the riots that have happened in this country in the last 50 years - all dems.
I believe we are living in the “Age of Deception” as described by John Hagee.
It’s been this way for at least 40-50 years. (Remember Walter Cronkite convincing the American public that the Tet Offensive was a big loss for America?). It’s just that you are more aware of it because of alternative media and the internet.
