BTW...I now see that she has made the exact offer I made to her! She is saying that people can come and view the “dissertation” with a document examiner. Yet, I make that offer and I get absolutely no response. I guess it’s actually ok to make the offer...yet when taken up on that offer...no response.
I honestly hope it’s true, but she’s not off to a good start with me.
Hi, could you tell me where I can find the response from her/he? Also, how do you know it is a she? I might be getting way behind here, but am still very interested.
Thanks so much:-)
Assuming it’s real, and if it resembles the certificate posted by BP2, then if it were me making the inquiries, I would ask her if she can verify that the person who signed it is still alive. That would be the only person who could authenticate her copy. Of course, alive is one thing, made incommunicado is another.
If they know about this auction in Kenya, and I’m sure they do if it’s the real thing, then steps have probably been taken to make sure it can’t be authenticated, at least at this time. They probably haven’t totally destroyed the records, or then they’d have no leverage over 0bama (and that lack of destruction is possibly how this copy slipped through the lockdown that was probably supposed to be in effect).
