Editor's note: Since publication of this story, the auction item has been removed for the third time. None of the item identification numbers in this article remain valid.
An eBay seller who previously promised to deliver a certified copy of President Obama's actual birth certificate from a hospital in Mombasa, Kenya has twice had his listing removed from the popular auction website.
In a third listing, however, the seller calling himself "colmado_naranja" has explained why the birth certificate was twice yanked by eBay administration.
"The first cancellation was done in what eBay describes as being in the interests of keeping my account safe," the newest listing claims, referring to the now scrubbed item # 160344374585. "eBay was under the impression that a third party had accessed and compromised my account, that this third party put up the Barack Obama African birth certificate auction and that I had no knowledge of the said listing."
As WND reported, colmado_naranja's original listing claimed, "President Barack Hussein Obama II was born in The Coast Provincial Hospital at Mombasa in Kenya at 7:24 p.m. on August 4, 1961."

**Personalize to destroy
**Mock and ridicule Obama
**Free publicity
**Have fun and a good laugh doing it! :-)
P.S.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN AFRO-LATINO IN PANAMA OR ANYWHERE ELSE SOUTH OF THE BOARDER.
You and your PC folks have a serious mental problem.
Actually, the humor is “priceless” LOL...
President Obama’s birth certificate sold to highest bidder on eBay...
[ buyer... “Obama” doncha know... :-) ...]
Tell him/her I want a cut for pointing him/her to all the moolah.
Though I want to think positive about this, let us not forget that Africa is the source of a great many scams.
Nigeria, Somalia and even Kenya do not care, too much, if their natives pull scams on Americans.
I leave open the idea that it might be fake.
However, you have no way of knowing that, do you?
I sent it on ...will post the reply if I get one
If it was real, Mossad should bid on it
Unless they altready have it.
If it is a person messing with Obama’s head, or the heads of his supporters, I think it is funny.
Kind of like a black-mailer getting the victim to pay for photos when you still have the negative!
Oh yeah... I think it’s funny too...
Oh please!
Maybe you should try larger point sizes and lots of red and underlining, too.
Take a deep breath, exhale s-l-o-w-l-y, and ditch the distinctly elderly use of all caps. Yellin' 'n misspellin' isn't persuading anybody.
Why don't you take it up with the people who call themselves that? A cursory Google search will show about 1.4 million hits, in English and Spanish.
Your argument is with those who use the term, a term that I merely reported as associeated with various combinations of "colmado" and "najarna;" your argument is not with me.
Ever considered that Panama might not exactly be a microcosm of such people? Ever considered Xanax? Apparently not, on both counts.
What would keep Obama from using the same campaign funds that he’s paying his expensive lawyers with to buy the BC and keep it from the public .... again??
Well, he says it is a CERTIFIED copy, i.e. an original copy issued by ther certifier of births in Mombasa. You wouldn’t expect that this guy got the Kenyan registrar to rip Obama’s page out of the registration book, would you?
Would there even be a certain means of verifying certification in Kenya, for a colonial era document?
Maybe that’s why Obama traveled to Kenya and met with his distant cousin who was running for office there...maybe Obama made him a deal: I’ll support you and donate, but you gotta get rid of that birth certificate on file here...
I don’t care where you read this PC crap. You mentioned Google. Now thats a winner. PC is only used in English speaking countries.
In Panama, Panamanians no matter the shade of skin are Panamanians. This is true throughout Latin America. So leave Google’s and your PC at home...in the U.S.
And that is the big problem in the U.S. Nobody is just “an American.”
So don’t try to bring that toxic concept outside the U.S. boarders.
At least they don’t have to shower after vising FR! :~/
Ooooh ... I guess I’d better not say “Blatino,” or you’ll bust a vein, lol.
Good luck on controlling the language. You’ll need it.
