I laughed out loud when this person claimed to be a conservative. I envisioned a “furry female” from Berkley hammering out that diatribe that awaited my viewing pleasure.

The ObamaBorg’s main gripe was a statement that I made, “Lock and load, people!”

Well, this *is* a Hate Site!

Being a paleocon and far from orthodox in my spirituality there are things not on my list of ‘hate’ that others could add to, but hate site? I sure as the hell hope so.

I’ve studied the ‘holy hand grenades’ on both FR and DU; as you point out it is interesting to see longtime ‘deep cover’ trolls lob one, although not everyone who broaches the subjects is a troll; ideologues, on both sides may hold many views in common with the forum but disagree on specific issues (being a highly non interventionist ‘paleocon’ I know when to don asbestos suit or just STFU- most of the time)

On DU guns (there is a large and frustrated contingent of gun owners and RKBA supporters who spend much time fighting with gun grabbers) ‘Porn’ (watch the libertines vs the femninazis) the ‘true liberal” status of various Democratic leaders can all consume a lot of electrons generating heat but not light.
On FR the Catholic vs Protestant schism always has potential to fester, the ‘free traders/NAFTA crowd vs protectionists (with immigration and H1B visas being concomitants), and those leaning highly libertarian vs those who view the function of the government to promulgate and enforce Judeo-Christian morality are all points wherein it takes merely a shove to cause a ruckus.
Since no one has, or ever will, appoint me a moderator I try to avoid attacks on people and positions; still singed for merely defending the character and politics of the Mormons I’ve personally known:-)

Normally I am a conservative white male in the Carbon Credit Trading Business, who has voted for every Republican since Teddy Roosevelt. But now, now I just don't know. The way you VRWC members talk about Barney Frank and about Nancy Pelosi, and the hateful things said on this site about gay marriage and a woman's right to choose.

BTW I am not a troll! (Although Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. is The Precious Saviour of our land and I look forward to meeting him and voting for him again.)
