You see, the tax on cigarettes will be about $150 per pack... just enough to pay for your trip to the DMV (Department of Medical Vassals) for that pain in your groin.
Now, if you develop lung cancer from the prescription, you’re SOL and won’t be treated, because smoking invalidates your “right” to medical coverage.

This is excessive. I used to smoke when I was two, but only when I was out with my buddies drinking and cruising for chicks.
