LOS ANGELES Michael Jackson spent the last years of his life buried in debt. But the King of Pop's death is likely to yield a financial bonanza more lucrative than any comeback tour ever could, as fans snap up his music and memorabilia ...
"Quite frankly, he may be worth more dead than alive," said Jerry Reisman, general counsel for the Hit Factory, a recording studio where Jackson produced his best-selling album "Thriller."
Jackson's death at age 50 leaves a multitude of questions about a financial empire that included his own music, as well a 50 percent stake in a library that held the rights to songs by the Beatles. But Jackson reportedly had $400 million in debts, ...
This much is clear: Jackson's heirs, music labels and opportunists will probably be mining his legacy for decades to come.

Well, now he sleeps with the fishes... (don’t know if he likes them better, though... LOL...)
and his death might be the best thing ever for his kids who surely have been traumatized ever since they got caught in his web if deviancy. Let’s not forget that Michael Jackson was a pedophile. His life centered around the sexuality of little kids, especially boys.
I just flipped over to the news for about ten seconds and heard “How Jackson’s death is bringing the world together”.
Never mind the people being killed in the streets of Iran or the threats coming from North Korea.
I’ve been saying this all day. Jackson needed to die to save all of his “friends” during “the worst economic...doo dah, doo dah.” I also see the big world tour concert continuing with the boys doing the same thing they did with Elvis a few years ago. Everyone is up there on stage playing along with Mikey up on the big screen TVs. Oh yeah. Lots and lots of money. This is another one of those liberal “crisis opportunities” that is too good to not exploit.
It’s a strange new world.. 24by7 . lenses everywhere..
Talk about a harmonic convergence of divergent bodies of thought .. and what gets lost in the passing..
the waves of time ripple strange of late.. an omen, perhaps.
if we’re lucky. :-)
I hearing from music site there might be Major box set come out on Jacko career
Yeah I buy it LOL!
My eyes are rolling in disbelief.
What’s this about 100 songs being found that had not been released before? major kaa-ching if true
And that was FOX news.
Glenn Beck’s show was a nice break from the deification of the freak.
Michael wrote 100 secret songs to his children. No longer a secret.
Is that the best you can come up with...over and over....and over? You’ve posted that same line on every MJ thread you’ve been on! :~/ Where’s your creativity?
I see you’ve been following all the Michael Jackson threads... LOL...
Got a lot of his songs?
Elvis is slapping the crap out of Michael for marring Lisa Marie right about now
You asked — If that’s the case, why are you also following every thread to post your repetitive comment?

Oh, that’s easy.... I love the idea that a pedophile, who liked to sleep with kids — now gets to sleep with the fishes... Now, that’s hilarious... LOL...
All of us are worth more dead than alive. Just take a look at our life insurance premiums.
In light of your profile page, I find your outright joy in his death to be quite reprehensible. How surprised you may be one day to find him there in Heaven alongside your judgmental @ss! As far as I know, MJ was never convicted of anything. Rumors are not evidence of guilt. Interviews that seem to indicate guilt are not evidence of guilt. God will be his judge, not you or I.
