NEW YORK Now that's Italian! A Staten Island restaurant is relying on a group of Italian-born grandmothers for its menus. The women take turns cooking at 35-seat Enoteca Maria, using recipes from the different parts of Italy they come from.

Had a conversation with an Italian woman today on the phones, that was so “and-a this-a and-a that-a” that after it was over with, I felt like I needed to sprinkle myself with Parmesan cheese!
Sundays were special back then, what happened?
People stopped going to church and businesses lobbied to stay open on sunday. I remember when only stores with square footage of 1000 feet coupld remain open. Everything else closed and people visited.
