An animal from the pound was too beneath them, so they figured out this way to have Teddy “gift” them.
I’d really like to know if Cappy is the same dog as Bo. Because if they are one in the same, Teddy had that dog for several months. And according to the first reports announcing the First Dog’s arrival, Bo was returned to the breeder from previous owners.
