Nope, Mt. Washington is privately owned. However, I’ll take Franconia Notch State Park, where The Old Man of the Mountain used to be.
Actually, a husband-wife team could probably run alot of these with half the cost now associated with them...and turn them into a profitable operation. If I were the state, I’d even offer an incentive via state taxes for private ownership of parks.
