“The man accused of killing an Arkansas television anchorwoman from South Carolina will appear in court and could discuss why he refused to take part in a mental competency exam.”
This is disgusting...if he refuses to take part in the system, why is he not just put in a cell to rot until he does?
There is nothing to see here...this was not a hate crime...move along...
*
The man accused of stalking white women in the Heights neighorborhood, who broke into Anne Pressley's house after she let her dogs out to potty, whom then, over the next six hours, beat, raped, sodomized, and finally crushed her skull with his pistol when he was done with her. He stole her life, he stole her virginity, he put the community in total fear.
When he was "finished" he arranged her teeth on her dresser in a row.
“...refused to take part in a mental competency exam.”
I would say that refusing to take a competency exam would waive all rights to claiming “insanity” as a defense when it comes to trial.
This animal needs put down post haste.
And slowly Americans get more pissed off by the day. Boiling point is just around the corner.
These pricks had better stay away from my children.
Bush's fault. Hussein is now in charge, and ass-wipes like this will see the light. They will hire a better attorney.
“This is disgusting...if he refuses to take part in the system, why is he not just put in a cell to rot until he does?”
The laws in this country are a sham. Why not send this punk to Bermuda, on our dime. Hussein wants it that way.
The death penalty is not bad enough for this murderer. Sickening!
