Sammy could act.
Frank could really act.

Sammy could sing.

Sammy could REALLY dance.
Frank could dance.

Sammy could do impressions.
Frank...Frank could sing.

I think Sammy wins. He simply had more talents than Frank and more often displayed them. Frank didn’t dance the last 35 years or so of his life, for instance. Sammy NEVER STOPPED doing everything he could do.

Mind you, I would have loved to have been able to take in the Rat Pack in Vegas back in the day. The idea of Sinatra, Martin, David, Bishop, et al. all being on the same stage in the same show is mind blowing.
