Mrs Don-o wrecked on her bike this morning and has broken bones in both her arms plus a broken left elbow. She will have surgery tomorrow for the elbow.
I left her in good spirits, after she was given some pain medication.
As often happens, we meet angels all along the way - from the folks to stopped at the accident to render assistance and contact me - to the EMT's who transported her - to the wonderful staff at our medical center.

Yes. Ben arrived from 29 P last Saturday. He departs back to Cali on Thursday to join his Reserve company at Camp Pendleton. He will be there through August; then home for ten days before deploying overseas - Iraq or Afghan
The Missus is resting comfortably now. Surgery on the elbow in the morning. Supposed to take about two hours; but the doc says one never knows. It will go as long as it needs to.
Thanks to all who have posted on this thread. It means a lot to me now and will be the same to her when she is soon back on board.
Please, pass on my prayers and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
