I finally broke down and bought a MacBook. I didn't realize what I had been missing with my old G4 17" PB. Plus, I found a 24" Viewsonic at Costco for $219. I had to drive 75 miles to get the adapter, but it works like it should, plug'n'play. The same monitor at MicroCenter in Fairfax (VA, where I drove to get the adapter) was $289 on sale.
It is nowhere near as clean as the Apple Cinema, but at this price, it is great for Hulu and Nascar! Plus, I am now able to run 47 screens at the same time (well maybe not 47, but quite a lot!). Next, I'm going to try my 42" Vizeo.Do you think I can have them all run from the MacBook? ;>)
