Would everything really be null and void? Wouldn’t Biden just sign off on it?
My understanding is that if he's found not to be eligible that all documents that require the signature of the President are not valid documents. I don't know all the legalities about a new President signing. At the very minimum it would seem that the documents would have to be redrawn.
