The search took place in October, but the paper only recently obtained the documents.Computers and other electronic equipment were seized during the search and are still being analyzed at a lab.
Police said the matter remains "under investigation" while authorities await those lab reports.
Perhaps we can hope that the paper's "recently obtaining the documents" will spur the lab and move the investigation along after all these months.
