TACOMA, Wash. Murder charges were filed Thursday against four people accused in the killing of an armored car guard as he carried a money bag out of a Wal-Mart. After the Tuesday afternoon heist, prosecutors say
Williams-Irby and Walker went on a shopping spree and spent $175 on a dinner at Red Lobster.

Williams-Irby reportedly told boyfriend Odies D. Walker, 41, and Finley that "hundreds of thousands of dollars could be had from the armored car," charging papers said.
Sickening. I hope WA fries all of them.
It wasnt the lobsters who should have been boiling in that pot.
They should be "sleeping with the fishes!"
Been following this one since the story broke (I’m not that far away from the Wally World in question and I have shopped there).
The four suspects seem to epitomize the very definition of a word that would get me banned from FR.
Sadly, WA doesn’t execute via electric chair, but by lethal injection. I’d prefer a PUBLIC hanging.
Well, maybe their Last Meal request.....
I tell you I was shocked, I say, shocked to see the news video of their court appearance. I mean I was just flabbergasted. These defendants were black. Their victim was white. I thought blacks would turn over a new leaf after the Messiah assumed his rightful position sitting on the left hand of Satan,...but I was wrong! Shocked I tell you. Shocked!
The Fraudoire Guv won’t “fry” anybody.

Let’s see, heist $50K in cash and celebrate with a $90 dinner at Red Lobster?
$90 of fried food at one sitting may be as close as they get to a death sentence....
They only “death sentence” they’ll get is dying of bordom in their cells.
By BRIAN EVERSTINE Last updated: June 4th, 2009 02:22 PM (PDT) Wilbert Pina has a routine for Tuesday afternoons with his 15-month-old son, Emmett.
He picks him up from day care, heads to his Lakewood home to pick up his paycheck, then the two head over to the Anchor Bank branch inside the Lakewood Wal-Mart to deposit the check, and maybe buy a toy.
Every time, Pina waits in line, holding Emmett on his shoulder. But on Tuesday, he felt sick and was a little weak. The line was long, so he put Emmett in the cart.
While standing in line, the robbers came. Pina didnt notice them. One man shot and killed Kurt Husted, a Loomis armored car employee who was leaving the store, and the same bullet hit Pina in the shoulder, just where his son would have been.
When Pina was hit, he pulled Emmett out of the cart and covered him on the ground. The robbers quickly left, and customers rushed to Husted and Pina. The whole time, Emmett didnt shed a tear. He played with his dads hair and stayed in his arms until the medics arrived. But when Pina was put into the ambulance, thats when Emmett began to cry.
Pina was shot just a few inches from his heart. The bullet remains in his chest, the doctors said it would do more harm to go in and get it.
Pina said he is fortunate to have survived, and wants to go about his life as planned. Wednesday morning, just hours after he left Tacoma General hospital, he went to take a final for his business management classes at Pierce College.
The shooting still hasnt set in, he said. Doctors say he should rest, but he wants to keep holding Emmett. And he keeps thinking of Husted, the man who was killed inside the store.
I feel very bad. I hope the best for that family, and I hope the people who did the shooting go to jail forever. No bargaining, he said. i'm very fortunate. I pray to God every day, and I see life very different now. Brian Everstine: 253-597-8374 brian.everstine@thenewstribune.com

They sure rounded them up quickly. Good work, that.
From what I’ve read, they don’t execute many people in Washington. These perps will probably grow old and die in prison.
