I discovered Reggie as a kid on a PBS channel and loved it immediately. It has never been forgotten and I am supposedly getting the DVD for my upcoming birthday.
Another 70's gem that I loved for the first few seasons were "The Goodies". There are a few episodes on Youtube such as Scoutrageous, one of my favorites.
Just to jump ahead a few years, my wife recently netflixed one from the 80's I had never heard of. The title is Hallelujah! with Thora Hird as a Salvation Army captain. Very entertaining.
