The casino has promised to refund him 100,000 dollars in cash and the same amount in chips, the paper said, without explaining why it had agreed to this.Folded like a cheap lawn chair.

It wasn’t bad Feng Shui, but a poor understanding of the mathematics of probability that did him in. What’s that quote?...something about fools and their money...

For their American and European guests they have hundreds of black cats crossing gamblers paths, ladders for them to walk under and mirrors in precarious positions waiting to be broken.

So this guy his suing the casino for “bad luck”??
What a moron, “bad luck” is when you lose when the odds are in your favor. Casino games have a house edge, your supposed to lose. You only win in a casino if you have “good luck”.
based on this dipwad’s logic; the casino then may have claims to sue people who win?? The bettor's “good luck” threw off the casino's Fen Shui.
I'm suing NY OTB for losing the Kentucky Derby. They switched from blue pencils to red ones at the parlor, and it threw my “Fen Shui” off. I want my 50$ back!!!

It does not matter what anyone else thinks of Feng Shui.....it's what the gentleman thinks of the Feng Shui.
Plus....I don't care how nice the room is...I'm not staying in a room with a 40 inch hole dug in the wall....especially the Presidential Suite!

Yuan claimed that his luck turned bad after discovering the arrangements and that he went from winning 400,000 dollars to losing two million, the report said.
So he continued to play (and lose) after discovering the "bad omens". Wonder what the odds are he'll find a sympatheitc jury...what he will no doubt find though, is some scummy lawyer to take up his case. Then again, his nutty claim has already brought him 200k.

A Taiwanese man who lost two million US dollars in Las Vegas is threatening to sue the casino for using feng shui to cause his losing streak
Hey, this could open up a whole new area of case law -- provided the plaintiff hasn't called 9-1-1 about the feng shui violation...
