UFO believer: We're not the only ones

GALENA, Ill. -- Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" -- made popular by Bing Crosby -- sat on the top of U.S. music charts on Jan. 4, 1947, out of this world so to speak. Several months later, Roswell, N.M. would become the epicenter of all things out-of-this world.

Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr. was 11 when he was awakened around 1 a.m. on a July morning in 1947, when his father, Jesse Marcel, rushed into the family home. What he showed his wife and son changed the world forever.

Marcel Jr., the author of "The Roswell Legacy," was one of several guest speakers at this weekend's Out of This World UFO Conference at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa in Galena.

Marcel Sr. was a U.S. Air Force intelligence officer, a major, who was dispatched to collect debris from a crash at a ranch near Roswell.

"He realized this was something unique, not a radar target or an aircraft or anything that he had ever seen before," Marcel Jr. told his Jo Daviess County audience. "He knew what radar targets looked like."

Marcel brought the debris into Jesse Marcel Jr.

Jesse Marcel Jr. began a 38-year military career in the U.S. Navy and went on to retire as a colonel in the National Guard. He works as a specialist in otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat medicine) at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Fort Harrison, Mont.

the house which was on the way from the ranch to the nearby air base. He wanted his family to see it. It was placed neatly on the kitchen floor.

"He said, 'Look at this. I think this is parts of a flying saucer,' or words to that effect," Marcel Jr. said. "I thought, 'What's a flying saucer?'"

The debris contained no electronic components, like vacuum tubes, resistors or condensers.

"There's a lot of foil-like debris, you can't really describe it," Marcel Jr. said. "It had a strange quality to it, weird stuff. It was like Mylar -- nothing like what we had in 1947 -- or what we have now. One of the beams had writing, resembling geometric symbols."

Marcel flew the debris to Fort Worth (Texas) Air Field where its commander, Gen. Roger Ramey examined it.

"The cover story started at that point," Marcel Jr. said. "The cover story was this was a radar target -- nothing more, which obviously was ludicrous."

Marcel Jr. recalled that after his father returned from Fort Worth, he told his family never to talk again about what had happened.

That's the way it was for many years until Stanton Friedman, a UFO investigator and nuclear physicist, interviewed Marcel Sr. in 1978 and got the story going from there.

Marcel Jr. said the incident changed his life.

"It actually made me more religious because it made me realize that our creator created a vast universe with other people out there -- so we're not the only ones," he said.

"It's maddening that the government has not released this information ...," he said. "They will in due time, and I hope in my lifetime because I would like to tell people I saw this stuff and I told you so."

Here’s Whitley’s journal on disclosure recently:

[Per my standing permission from him for posting] . . .

http://www.unknowncountry.com/journal/?id=354

Yesterday, Denmark released its UFO files, stating that, while most were explained, a number of them most certainly were not. Today the German government stated that a UFO that crossed the southern part of that country last week was a definite unknown. Last week, British Ministry of Defense UFO specialist Nick Pope said that the Royal Air Force had fired on UFOs, and, late last year, Ministry of Defense records showed that a US Air Force pilot had been ordered to fire on a UFO over that country in 1957, but had not released his rockets because the object (the size of an aircraft carrier) disappeared just as he was about to pull his trigger.

And this is hardly even the tip of the disclosure iceberg. The only thing that remains is some kind of official announcement from the US government, admitting that there are unknowns in our skies. The reason that I specify the US government in particular is that it is really the only one that hasn’t at least tacitly acknowledged the existence of this phenomenon.

There is no reason, at this point, for the government to do more than two things: first, to acknowledge that government entities such as NASA and the US Air Force have at times tracked objects that could not be explained; second, to direct the National Science Foundation to change its policy and encourage research into the phenomenon, rather than discourage it.

Over the years, there has built up in the public sector a vast folklore about UFOs and close encounters, to which I have contributed with books like Communion, exploring my own experiences. However, I have never drawn any conclusions about those experiences, for the simple reason that there is no scientific basis, as yet, for such conclusions.

Maybe the alien abduction phenomenon is real. My own vivid personal experiences tell me that it is. But I do not have proof and, as yet, we don’t even know what these objects flying around in our skies are.

What is lacking is not disclosure of things like official communications with alien beings. If my own experiences are in any way representative, such communications are hardly going to be helpful at this point, and they may even be misleading, perhaps quite seriously so.

The process of contact—and that is what is unfolding here, and has been for at least sixty years—is by far the most complex challenge that the human mind has ever faced. For this reason, as this unknown becomes an acknowledged public reality, we must start at the beginning, rather than jumping to conclusions about what is happening.

The beginning is this. First, our established scientific community must begin a public study the aerial aspects of the phenomenon by developing means of reliably detecting the presence of genuine unknowns, tracking their movements, and developing good statistics about their numbers, their patterns of movement, and the locations they visit. Second, the close encounter witness phenomenon must be addressed on two levels. First, witnesses, like me, who have verified unknown objects in their bodies, should be thoroughly profiled physically and psychologically. Their narratives should be tested for accuracy using the most reliable means we possess.

From this, a number of determinations can be made. First, is there something here more than folklore? Specifically, are there physical traces in these individuals that cannot be explained? If so, then how accurate are their narratives? (This can be determined using PET scanning techniques that can separate memories of physical experiences from imagined ones, an essential step when dealing with a phenomenon that impacts the mind on so many different levels, many of which are not clearly understood.)

So, if we proceed calmly and carefully, we can create a rational intersection between the folklore and the reality, insofar as we are able to discern what it may be.

Understand, I am not rejecting that folklore. My own body of work is integral to it, and I believe that my descriptions of what I have experienced are quite accurate. This means, of course, that Carl Sagan was right when he said that contact would be so strange that it would be almost beyond strangeness.

This is why, in evaluating the phenomenon, we must take small, careful steps, accept that it will take years of rigorous and open-minded study and—above all—start with the truth: we have no idea, right now, what is really going on.

There has never been a more opportune time to begin this journey, which will be the most remarkable and valuable one ever taken by the human species. Right now, as our environment and our economy both collapse around our ears, we urgently need major innovation to occur. If that does not happen, this species faces a truly terrible future, being trapped on a dying planet in numbers too large to do anything but make its death throes worse.

I think that the UFO phenomenon is evidence that it is possible, in some way, for us to express ourselves into the universe. Whether that means gaining an ability to travel to other planets, or something very much stranger, I do not know. Whether we ever develop a coherent and public relationship with whoever is here or not really doesn’t matter.

What does matter is that our scientific institutions, our religious leaders, our philosophers—the whole establishment of the human intellect—begin taking steps toward understanding on our own terms. We must gather and utilize knowledge using the resources available right now, which are primarily observation of craft and analysis of contact experience. The knowledge that we can gain from this sort of rigorous, careful and open-minded engagement with the phenomenon will be quite sufficient, I feel sure, to provide us with important new approaches, both socially and technologically, that will be key not only to our survival, but to a future for mankind that is, at present, beyond our most hopeful dreams.

New MoD UFO Release is Telling

Sunday March 22nd, 2009

The British Ministry of Defense has released another set of documents, once again revealing provocative sightings and close encounters that are not easily explained. Of course, the media is concentrating on mistaken reports of a blimp advertising cars and more-or-less laughing off close encounter reports because they are so strange.

The general tone of the stories is that there is nothing new here and, whenever a story is really strange, it’s time to laugh. However, should we be laughing? I don’t understand why. Of course, if aliens show up here, they are going to seem very strange to us. Of course they are going to be extremely secretive and careful. Why shouldn’t they be? We shoot at them—another thing that has been documented conclusively in previous Ministry of Defense reports.

If we went to an isolated part of the Amazon rain forest and the local tribe found us terrifying and threw spears at us, we wouldn’t be surprised and we would be careful. That’s exactly what’s happening here.

From the mid forties, the USAF shot at UFOs. As recently as last year, it sent armed fighters up over Stephenville, Texas when UFOs appeared. The German Air Force chased a UFO across the breadth of their country recently.

So, at the official level, we are still acting like primitive, frightened tribesmen, and the result is that even visitors who might conceivably be able to communicate with us must be extremely careful.

When one of our jets is airborne, it can defend itself and use its weapons. When it’s on the ground, it’s helpless. Something like this could be true of UFOs, too. It might be that they are more vulnerable on the ground, so they don’t dare land except in very secretive circumstances.

By shooting first, we have created our unsatisfactory relationship with our visitors. Because the media institutionalized denial and laughter early on, it has a vested interest in continuing the coverup. Revelation of the truth is going to discredit the media in fundamental and perhaps irrecoverable ways, and they know it. They have failed to break the most important story in history, and done so despite plain evidence that has been readily available for years.

So they hope that the status quo can continue. And as long as the public remains passive and allows our governments to keep up their primitive threat displays, that’s exactly what will happen.

I have not read all the new reports yet, largely because opening the files has been difficult due to heavy use of the website involved. However, there is one story among the ones mentioned in the synopsis at the beginning of the file that the media (reading only the synopsis, of course) has picked up on, largely, I suspect, because they hope that it will gather a little laughter.

In November of 1989, a woman walking her dog encountered a Nordic-looking man who told her that crop circles were made by aliens, and that his people were friendly to us. He said that he had been told not to talk to us, but he thought it was important to do so. He also said that he came from a world that was much like our own. A few moments later, she saw a large glowing object take off into the air. She reported all this to the RAF.

Now, this is a perfect ‘silly season’ story for the media. They’re eager to repeat it because of the snickering they hope it will cause. They know that laughter is among the most powerful tools of the propagandist. And that’s what their persistent stance that the visitors are not real and are not here is: propaganda. In part, it is propaganda for the US Air Force, which fears that, if the truth is revealed, it will be accused of destroying contact with its belligerence. They should be so accused, but it is als true that our response to the visitors should never have been left up to the military. This was a stupid mistake, first made by Harry Truman, and repeated by every president who has followed, always for the same reason: to conceal the fact that we had a chance at a grand new life for all mankind, and they ruined it.

It is also good propaganda for the media itself, because people fear being laughed at, and this makes it easy for them to conceal their catastrophic mistake of world-historical proportions—for that’s what it is—behind a comfortable curtain of self-satisfied giggling. The implication is that only unsophisticated and ignorant fools would believe such silly storie. But not them, they’re far too smart.

Oh? Well, I’m pretty well marginalized anyway, so I’ll tell a story of my own contact with just such a being. He appears in my novel “the Grays” as “Mr. Crew,” and his message to me could not have been more clear: he felt that the situation was a disaster for mankind, and that we were going to go through a hell of a hard time because of the pressure we were putting on our environment. He also warned me about the “grays,” saying that they were extremely dangerous.

But this was a complex experience. It was real contact, and much, much deeper than normal human exchanges ever are.

At the time, I was heavily involved with the grays. You have no idea how heavily, because I have never reported the full extent of it. I will, though, and soon. It has taken me this long to understand even how to talk about it.

I was terribly worried by our conversation. What had I gotten myself into?

A few weeks later, two more of these “nordic” people showed up at my apartment in New York. They were very startling, but also kind. They asked me how they could help me, and I blurted out “you could show me one of your children.”

Another month or so passed, and I found myself in the baggage claim area at Stapleton Airport in Denver. Suddenly three people walked in front of me. One was a heavily disguised gray wearing a shabby dress. The other was a man I had met before, whom I believe was a US government operator who ‘interfaced’ with aliens. The third person was a startlingly large little boy. He had a child’s face, but the deep-set eyes of the “nordics,” and he was well over five feet tall.

They were all carrying cheap golf gear.

The boy and the disguised gray proceeded to play patty-cake. In seconds, a loud, rapid-fire clapping filled the air and their hands started going so fast you could hardly see them. And, understand, this was in a public place. There were people all around us. And they reacted. A crowd formed, watching this amazing display. People started clapping.

When they stopped, the giant little boy sort of bopped a couple of times, dropping down off the rhythm. Then he turned and walked toward the wall. In fact, I saw him just clean disappear. So did the man beside me. He said, “Did you see that?” I replied, “I don’t know what I saw.” I turned back, and the other two were gone, too.

The other guy wanted to go for a drink, and I should have, but my ride showed up and I was off on my author tour, to be laughed at by four or five members of the media over the next few hours. In the car, it suddenly hit me: they just showed me one of their children! Then: why in the world did I ask that? What a fool I am! If they really wanted to help me, they could have taken me to their world and never sent me back to this misery.

But there was deeper meaning here. Notice that the same people who had warned me about the grays were leaving one of their children in the charge of a gray. So what did that warning really mean? I’ll tell you what the conflict this contradiction did to me. It made my relationship with the grays, which went on for years, much more mature and multi-dimensional.

So, look at all this—what incredible richness and newness could come from contact. This is just one tiny true story—and it is true, every word of it. Think what it would be like if many more of us were exposed to such rich teaching.

When I was first abducted, one of the grays called me “the luckiest of the lucky.” Since then, I have cursed my luck, and in this level of reality, it has been generally terrible. But in another level, I sense that my soul is growing rich with knowledge and with being, and I am indeed a very lucky man.

How much the media and the military have taken from us.

June 1, 2009  Albuquerque, New Mexico -  Continuing in Part 10 with Linda Moulton Howe's 1983 to 1987 High Strangeness file notes about EBENs and other non-human entities. The following are interview notes I wrote after a 1985 discussion with a military source who told me he had been to Pease AFB to view non-human bodies preserved in five vertical tubes of liquid hanging on a wall.

[ Editor's Note:  Wikipedia - “Pease Air Force Base in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, was a U.S. Air Force base under the control of the Strategic Air Command (SAC) until 1991. Back in 1958, the 509th Bombardment Wing that had been at Walker AFB, New Mexico, in 1958, and was the successor to the famed 509th Composite Group of World War II that had executed the nuclear strikes on Hiroshima and Nagasaki moved to Pease AFB.” ] The 509th BW was also involved in the retrieval of one or more non-human craft that crashed, or were shot down, near Roswell and White Sands Proving Ground in July 1947.

About his Pease AFB briefing:  “It's strange, but inside those tubes, all the alien eyes were closed. Made me sad looking at them. I never thought we had kept any aliens since I had been told before that we sent all the bodies we had back to the EBEN world in an honorable exchange. But when I thought about it, I guess it made sense to me because the EBENs certainly have specimens of us humans in some capacity - in tubes, alive on their planet or even preserved somehow in holograms that I don't completely understand.”

Howe:  I had with me several drawings made by abductees I had interviewed. I put each one slowly down one at a time on a desk and asked for his response - how close were any of the drawings to what he had seen in the Pease AFB tubes?

When I laid down the pastel color drawing of a pear-headed being wearing a very odd yellowish cape with multiple collars, he said,  “That's very close to what I was looking at. The bodies were about 4.5 feet tall. I could see what I'd call a vestigial penis on a couple of them. I say vestigial because I was told the EBENs don't need sexual intercourse to conceive - they can ‘think’ conception with their minds some how.”

[PHOTO CAPTION FIRST PART]:

Pastel drawing done by Colorado man, a commercial artist,
under deep hypnosis on July 5, 1984, in Boulder, Colorado.
The man and his wife remembered a November 1980 incident in which the couple,
while driving on a highway, were suddenly raised upward in a beam of light and
examined by non-humans. Hypnosis by UFO researcher, Richard Sigismund. Upon
seeing his drawing, the man immediately said:  “That's not right. They were grey!
The paper is grey. It looks like I made him flesh-colored to contrast with the grey paper.”
For whole story, see An Alien Harvest © 1989 by Linda Moulton Howe in Earthfiles Shop.

He also understood that the grey skin can change color, even fluoresce in varying light intensities. Even though the Colorado illustration shows almost solid black-brown eyes, he said he had been told the EBENs actually have yellow eyes with vertical pupils like a cat's eyes. He had been told that at least some of them - since there seemed to be a large variety that included cloned “worker bees” and taller controlling intelligences - had three layers of eyelids that moved across their cat eyes horizontally, not vertically like human lids. He was told that EBENs only communicate telepathically in a hive mind way - all of them know exactly what's on everyone else's mind, including human minds. The mouth slit contained only a membrane that absorbed nutrition, so it was not a chewing mouth. Their feet  were small and a bit round, similar to hooves.

He told me he saw another type preserved in a tube that was a little taller than 5.5 feet with shoulder-length, straight blond hair, “almost thin straw-looking.” The eye lids were closed so he could not see the eyeballs, but he said the sockets under the closed lids were two to three times bigger than our human eyes. The nose was long and flat with deep grooves on either side all the way up to the eyes. The cheek bones were very accentuated. The mouth looked somewhat human, but he didn't know if there were any teeth. He was very puzzled by the feet. Compared to human feet, he thought they were very small with short little toes and the ball of the foot seemed to be almost spherical. “How could they walk? Or do they float everywhere?” he wondered. He thought this blond type had a penis very similar to a Home sapiens male.

He had been told there were other types of non-humans beyond the two displayed on the Pease AFB walls. He remembered an eerie story that took place on an aircraft carrier. A UFO landed on the deck and one of the sailors there was moved against his will “right into the craft like through the wall. Whatever it was took the sailor, examined him behind a glass screen and then returned the sailor to the aircraft carrier by landing a second time on the deck and letting the guy out! Then the craft took off straight up at tremendous speed and disappeared. The sailor said the being that examined him had veins popping out all over its head. He couldn't see a nose. The eyes reminded him of marbles like you play with as a kid - I don't know if he meant clear ones or opaque. The skin was really dark and the being was wearing a black suit with orange V-shaped areas on the sleeves and chest. He said the alien was at least 5' 6" to 5' 7 " because that was the sailor's height.”

As a military person, I asked him if he had any firsthand knowledge about there being a direct connection between where UFOs turn up in concentrations, or flaps, and upcoming world events? Even as far back as 1985, it was becoming clear to me that the waves of UFO activity seemed to precede wars, maybe even geological events such as earthquakes. Were the beings monitoring? Manipulating? Helping? Hurting? And what about the rumor that there was a “secret war” going on between our American government insiders and the extraterrestrial biological entities?

“I'm pretty sure some - maybe all - of the aliens don't want us or anyone on Earth to use nuclear weapons, so aliens interfere with our missiles. That might be what's behind the secret war rumor. I don't know if anyone on our side really understands what any of them actually want. I also get the impression that the aliens have been around for a long time, so they're pretty much going to do what they want whether humans ever understand.”

Return to Part 1

May 29, 2009 Albuquerque, New Mexico - Retired McDonnell-Douglas aerospace engineer, Robert M. Wood, Ph.D., has intensely researched the SOM1-01 document that first appeared as 35mm black and white negative film in a package addressed to Don Berliner of the Fund for UFO Research in Maryland. The package was postmarked March 7, 1994 from LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and bore a return address of a pharmacy in LaCrosse. On the 35mm film were thirty-two pages of text and drawings and the fingers of whoever photographed the pages of the TOP SECRET/MAJIC classified manual.

Bob Wood had a 43-year-long career as an aerospace engineer, first working for Douglas Aircraft that merged with the McDonnell Corporation in 1967 to become McDonnell-Douglas, later purchased by Boeing in the early 1990s. Over those four decades, Bob Wood worked on aerodynamic heating, ballistic missile defense, radar, and the space station before his retirement in 1993. That year, nuclear physicist and UFO researcher, Stanton Friedman, had seen the 35mm negative in Berliner’s possession and contacted Bob to see if he would be interested in researching what was on the film.

Bob Wood agreed and a decade later says, “Basically what was on the 35mm negative is a 32-page manual (including covers and blank pages) dated 1954 which describes for special field units how to recover crashed flying saucers, how to take them apart, how to pack them, where to ship them, how to take care of the bodies and how to keep the public in the dark.”

Tri-X Film First Manufactured in 1954

“The original 35mm negative was on Tri-X T-5063 film which was first made in 1954, which incidentally is the date of the document. So, it could have been photographed back then, or it could have been photographed around 1994 or some time in between. The pages that were photographed actually show the fingers of the photographer as he was photographing. For awhile we thought some forensic analysis on those fingers might identify the photographer, but the image isn’t very clear and we haven’t followed up on that.

“The document itself in the photographs is really quite legible except for a few pages. My initial task was to figure out what does it say? After prints were made from the negative and as soon as I started key stroking one page at a time, I thought, ‘Wow! This is a remarkable document!’ I’ve felt that way ever since.”

Part 9: High Strangeness Files about EBENs

“The historic facts were disguised and planted by some conduit
from MJ-12 into script development for what became Steven Spielberg’s
E. T., The Extra-Terrestrial.” - U. S. Military Source

Return to Part 1

May 26, 2009 Albuquerque, New Mexico - Continuing in Part 9 with Linda Moulton Howe’s 1983 to 1987 High Strangeness file notes about EBENs and other non-human entities. The following are interview notes I wrote after a 1984 discussion with a military source.

On June 18, 1952, the Ebe that had been retrieved from a 1949 crash near Roswell, New Mexico, died of unknown causes. That day, Ebe was traveling with the USAF Captain who became a Colonel. The two were en route between USAF bases for meetings with scientists and officials. When Ebe got on the first plane, he told the Colonel he did not feel well and attributed the illness to food. The two proceeded to the first air force base meeting and then returned to the Los Alamos, New Mexico, facility where Ebe was housed. Ebe felt much worse and was taken to a hospital where everyone tried to save his life. His temperature changed. MJ-12 authorities discussed the possibility of sending out a specific Hertz frequency given by the EBENs for an “SOS” call for help to try to save Ebe, who telepathically communicated that if he could get into an EBEN light beam technology, his health could be restored.

The USAF Colonel asked attending doctors if Ebe was well enough for him to leave the hospital for awhile to check on options and the doctors thought so. When the Colonel returned to the hospital, Ebe communicated he was going to die then and was dead in fifteen minutes. Before Ebe died, the Colonel hugged him and cried because the USAF officer had come to love the small creature “with the mind of a thousand men.”

The Colonel learned from Ebe how to improve telepathic communication not only with Ebe but with some receptive humans. Some of the Colonel’s human colleagues were shocked when they “heard” the Colonel “talking” in their minds. When asked how he did the telepathy, the Colonel said, “That’s something I’ll always be grateful to Ebe for teaching me.”

This historic event of Ebe’s struggle to survive and request to be placed in the EBEN light beam technology for rejuvenation is the true story behind the Steve Spielberg script for the June 11, 1982, first released feature film, E. T., the Extra-Terrestrial.

Original 1983 theatrical poster
by John Alvin for E.T., The Extra-Terrestrial
directed by Steven Spielberg, produced by Steven Spielberg and
Kathleen Kennedy and written by Melissa Mathison.

The historic facts were disguised and planted by some conduit from MJ-12 into script development for what became Steven Spielberg’s E. T., The Extra-Terrestrial. The same kind of back channel planting of ideas based on true, but highly strange facts, was also applied for Spielberg’s 1977 Encounters and the 1951 feature film, The Day the Earth Stood Still. The MJ-12 goal behind secretly planting some of what they knew was to test public reaction.

Colorized reprint of the original 1951 poster
for The Day the Earth Stood Still directed by Robert Wise,
produced by Julian Blaustein and written by Edmund H. North
allegedly based on a Harry Bates story. For more military intelligence
information about Edmund North, please see 121708 Earthfiles in Archive.

The same source who described the above Ebe death and Hollywood films used to test public reaction on some leaked ideas in the films told me the following: “The EBENs wanted to create a living human body that their light beam technology could bring back to life. The EBENs do that routinely with their own civilization up to a certain age. The problem with humans is that the EBEN beam energy can kill the Homo sapiens sapiens body. So the EBENs created a hybrid by DNA manipulation that was part EBEN and part Homo sapiens sapiens, a “human body” that could survive the EBEN rejuvenation energy. The historic result was the life of Jesus Christ, his death on a cross and resurrection by the EBEN beam technology. What we don’t understand is exactly why the EBENS planted the seed of Christian religion with their hybrid, Christ, and probably planted all the other avatars of history? What do the EBENs want out of the genetic creation and evolution of hominid primates on Earth going back at least to Homo erectus?”

That military source also described his firsthand knowledge about seeing a “very small EBEN scout ship that had only eight little seats in it. No levers or obvious mechanical controls - only lights. There were grooves embedded in consoles for two 4-fingered hands in which fingertips would interact with light. Above the presumed pilot’s chair, there was a circle with four round light tubes or crystals in it. The propulsion system was below and had a corresponding arrangement of light tubes or crystals as above the pilot’s chair.”

The military source said the light tube/crystals reminded him of a liquor decanter set. Crystals with no movable parts. One of the crystals had a pyramidal structure inside it. The military source understood that liquid inside the crystal tubes powered the craft, but no human mind understood how it worked. The elegant simplicity of the lights, crystal tubes and liquids disappointed MJ-12 authorities and their scientists because there was nothing about the propulsion system they could understand.

He also had seen an EBEN instrument that reminded him of a “bread box” that was black and had writing all over it that resembled Tibetan script.

. . .

The military source also had held what he called an “EBEN camera that captures time and plays it back.” He said it was rectangular, about seven inches long by two inches wide by an inch deep. Solid black, no movable parts. Right in the middle of the black rectangle is a circular glass that reminded him of a lens. But he stressed, “The EBENs don’t take photographs or videotape. The EBENS capture time and play it back, literally.” When I asked, “But when we photograph with cameras, still or film or video, aren’t we also capturing time to play back?” He said, “No, the EBEN technology interacts with timelines and the black object some how stores pieces of time that can be played back in holograms suspended in the air.”

. . .

I’m on the fence regarding Roswell but they sure whisked away the remain pretty quickly and had a nice cover story to go with it.

That’s sure a lot of activity for a weather balloon don’t you think?

“That’s sure a lot of activity for a weather balloon don’t you think?”

It wasn’t a weather balloon. It was a top-secret Mogul balloon for detecting Soviet atomic tests. So the cover-story was in fact a cover-up, but not of a flying saucer crash.

There are people interested in reading these threads with an open mind and we appreciate the posts.

There are a lot of threads that are not of general interest, but which have an avid following but which some people disapprove of, like the PC vs Mac threads and the “Fashion Police” sorts of threads - and this kind. There can be a lot of controversy caused by those who have some axe to grind.

If any subject is not of interest or someone thinks the people who are populating the thread are nuts, then that is not a thread for them to stay on. Personal attacks have no place here. Responses to them only take the focus off the subject at hand. Complain privately to the admin and the people will be zotted and the comments removed.

If those of us who are truly interested in this topic (or any other controversial topic) refuse to take the bait and don’t respond openly, these people will eventually go away and leave us in peace to enjoy our topic.

Giving this information out is a needed service that our useless media won’t handle. We can’t let anyone silence or distract us.

Even former nuclear weapon 'watch officers' will joke about their jobs on occasion, but there isn't a similar wherewithal regarding those associated with reverse engineering hi-tech UFO related topics.

Wow, great observation, and very true in my experience, too.

In my time here Ive seen

people who believe Bush is a conservative
people who think open carry make them targets
and people who support the WTO.

Your beliefs arent any more crazy than theirs.

Ignore the thistles and continue down your path...

I wonder . . . how many such . . . light shows . . . have a hypnotic frequency component to them.

You got me laughing over that. It was hypnotic in a certain way, not overpowering, but definitely highly curious from an interpretive standpoint. Because of the lateness of the time (~3AM) and how freeking cold and deserted is was (literally in the desert), I don't imagine there were many onlookers to "zap." But the behavior ruled out airplanes (obviously) and even helicopters, because of the speed of "bounce" and the vertical distance travelled in such a short time (~3,000 feet UP in about 5 seconds from a stop). The silence was creepy, but I discounted that because of the distance.

Frankly, it looked like some sort of "practice" flight control session, unless there was some sort of hidden significance in the movement itself (also obviously possible).

I have no answers.

I don’t have any answers either.

However, I believe it has been demonstrated that lights of suitable frequencies do intensify the likelihood of hypnotic effectiveness—at least for most potential subjects.

And, your description just tweaked me that such COULD be used in that kind of a way.

All the more so if the critters have, as claimed, technologies for inserting thoughts, pictures, ‘realities’ into folks’ brains directly. Supposedly even our black ops folks now have such technologies.

What a crazy world . . .

Supposedly the critters have the technology/spiritual perceptiveness/access

such that they could have put on such a light show

AND

monitored everyone’s thoughts in response for many miles around.

Incredible, if true. And I have no reason to believe it’s not true, given all I’ve read.

Oh this is definitely true. Just look at how much "flicker" has become part of movie and television ad production. Squint your eyes at these videos so you just acknowledge the overall flash effect, and you'll be astounded at how intensely this technique is used.

Also (and my pet peeve) is all the "judder" they put into camera shots, including (and especially) baseball games. The actual cameras are rock steady, but then given a juddering video effect digitally to disrupt viewer concentration.

So, I guess another example of ‘moronic freak’ would have been those who said the world was round?

Why insult someone for their opinion / belief?

Is it in anyway causing your life to change?

I’d have to say...no!

You need to get a hobby, you are wound way too tight.
