Well, I am sure you have to pay for the balcony upgrade. Firing it from down inside the inner cabins would be messy at the least.

You know, you could probably make real money with a cruise kind of like this if you got the legalities and tactics sorted out. I’d bet there are a fair number of folks who’d be happy to shell out $5-10K to spend a week hunting skinnies on the high seas.

Sink their boats, then toss chum in the water. Relax in a deck chair, pop open an adult beverage, and watch the action. I mean, sea critters need to eat, too, right?
