Tennis ace Simona Halep has decided to get her 34DD breasts reduced in a bid to improve her performance on court.
The 17-year-old believes the weight and size of her bust is slowing her down and costing her vital points.
Simona isn't the first sports star driven to extreme measures in the hope it will improve her game
