I don't know how I forgot that, honestly. I spent so many nights with flashcards learning the periodic table, abbreviations, atomic weights, etc... back in Chem class -- I guess it's been too long though (about 18/19 years or so now!)
I'm also guessing I need more sleep or something (haven't been getting much the last few nights at all). Yes, that is probably just an excuse because I'm embarrassed for not remembering that...
My husband (a Machinist who works with all kinds of metal) is going to get a kick out of this when I tell him!

The cool thing is, since supposedly the periodic table applies throughout the universe with no doubt more elements on it, it might turn out that titanium IS the best for space flight. Weird huh?
