How are you/we/they going to handle the persistent rumors that Charlie Crist is gay? The first conservative blog to raise this issue is going to be slammed by the MSM, the Democrats and Crist’s Republican supporters for rumor mongering and the politics of personal destruction.

These rumors are not going away.

I hope he and GOP realize that if there is any truth in this, it will be made public after he has secured the nomination (but too late to get new candidate).

Even if it is not true, it will be made public (possibly some fabricated evidence or some impossible-to-deny-but-innocent-photos ie he is just walking with other male..it can be used to “prove” that he has gay relationship).

Unfortunately, as John Edwards, Larry Craig and others have proved, politicians are dumb and continue their quest even with skeletons this big in the closet.

You can bet that >500 left-wing activists or MSM “reporters” have been investigating this issue for months, if not years. Bribes, extortion and other illegal activity has no doubt been used by the activists, in order to secure some attack material.

It isn’t that he is gay, it’s that he is lying about it.

This is the exact reason that for nearly 50 years you could not work in the State Dept, CIA, FBI or the DOD if you were gay - because you would be blackmailable. And Crist is going to be blackmailed by people who are gayer than Perez Hilton.

And whose going to get #$*%(Q# in the @ss? The GOP and Americans who get represented by the US Senate (ie, The House of Lords).

In my life of 52+ years so far, every time there has been a persistent rumor of someone's gay-ness (someone I know), it was ultimately been "proven" that the person was in fact gay.

I do not think rumors of a person's gay-ness persist these days without a factual basis of support.

It's amazing how often you see these kinds of statements. If Crist is gay, he's showing other gays that you can be gay and get married. It might be a sham marriage, but sham marriages have occurred throughout history.

Crist gives me the creeps and always has. He is a disaster as a candidate for or winner of national office. FL needs to find a new candidate ASAP.
