I'm layed off and I've had to drop my satalte service.
Is there a free, online site where I can watch live, streaming FOX and other stations?
You might not want to hear this, but having your TV cut off might have done you a big favor, if you seize it. You will improve your employment possibilities if you read, learn, expand your horizons... and work on that spelling and grammar. I am not being snarky and am very sincere. I don’t know your line of work but can guarantee that if I saw your application as an employer, it would knock you down some points to see “satellite” spelled “satalte”. FRiend, please take this opportunity to make your job candidacy the best it can be. Good luck to you.

These are all safe and legal. These sites are set up by the networks themselves. You have to endure an occasional commercial, but that’s not so bad.
Got me through many a long night before I got my DVR.
The Horatio Hornblower series is on there (Youtube) as well as all of the Sharpe’s Rifles tv episodes.
Mrs. F. watches CSI and Bones that way.
That’s kind of cool. If folks who can’t afford cable can still get FOX, that could change voting trends.
Here are two sites with live sports and news:

If they would add the food network, I could stop my satellite service.
Im doomed

Hulu has news reruns. Apparently Lee Iaccocca is confident about his new K cars, and Joey Bishop will be guest-hosting the tonight show right after the news.
You’re mistaken about reception in rural areas ,, do a search on “Gray Hoverman” that antenna design is what I built.. I’m in Orlando and I can get Tampa (70 miles!) stations in addition to Orlando and Melbourne (also about 70 miles). With a good antenna you will discover that there are more ,, WAY MORE ,, stations out there than you think.. one local (18.2) for me has a 24 hour all movie lineup “this” TV.
I think you mean “domed.”

Reference bump!
It’s Sunday give the poster a break. Who is going to go job hunting today? Please stop with the posting police crap while you’re at it.
Thanks.

Best post I’ve seen in awhile. You are a compassionate FReeper.
Refreshed
You can buy a better version of that for around $16. They work extremely well. Try this model:
EAGLE ASPEN DTV2BUHF

Funny ,, that’s the same I posted as a DIY ,, except it has half the bowties and a weld-wire reflector instead of a solid one,, me? I’d use chicken wire as a reflector if you wanted it to be directional... the one that’s functionally identical to the DIY youtube antenna I linked to is $53.16 plus shipping on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Antennas-Direct-DB4-Directional-Antenna/dp/B000EHYG9K/
The Gray Hoverman is 5db stronger OR MORE than even the better version of the weak antenna you posted about.
