Video: Murrysville, Pennsylvania - A possible corridor for UFO's?
Examiner ^ | May 24 | Richard Sanner

Posted on 05/24/2009 8:21:08 AM PDT by JoeProBono

This up-scale community in western Westmoreland county, just east of Pittsburgh, has been a hot-bed of UFO sightings since last year. Reportings have been coming in on a regular basis over the past couple of months. The most recent report is of yet another event that occurred on May 22. At approximately 4:00 a.m., the witness observed an object moving slowly and just above the treeline in front of their house. The object doesn't appear to be any type of conventional aircraft.

The picture at the right is a blown-up still photo of the object photographed with a Sony HDR-XR500V HD camcorder. The entire footage has been submitted to "You Tube" by the witness, and may be viewed by going to www.youtube.com/seeingUFOsPA. The Mutual UFO Network (Mufon) continues to work with the witness to identify this recurring mystery in this rural section of the county. The witness has observed a variety of strange and unusual objects in the sky since 2008, including neon green and orange fireballs, red pulsating disks, cigar-shaped UFO's, and triangular shaped UFO's.

South half of Florida is purportedly slated to be totally under water.

Please expound.

I bet you're too cowardly to give a straight yes or no answer to this question: Do you think Gordon Cooper was an insane kook? YES OR NO, I dare you. Before you answer, read the following and understand that this is only one of many such events related by the author, so arguments that "I think he believed he saw a UFO but was really mistaken" will be regarded and rejected as cowardly evasions insulting a guy with far more aviation experience than 99.99 percent of humans, alive or dead, incuding YOU, Onerom99. Unless, of course, you are a Mercury 7 astronaut yourself posting anonymously.

"It was in Europe, 1951, that I saw my first UFO. When the alert sounded, my squadron mates and I dashed from the ready room and scrambled skyward in our F-86s to intercept the bogies. We reached our maximum ceiling of around 45,000 feet, and they were still way above us, and traveling much faster. I could see that they weren't balloons or MIGs or like any aircraft I had seen before. They were metallic silver and saucer-shaped. We couldnt get close enough to form any idea of their size; they were just too high. For the next two or three days the saucers passed over the base daily. Sometiems they appeared in groups of four, other times as many as sixteen. They could outmaneuver and outflank us seemingly at will. They moved at varying speeds -- sometimes very fast, sometimes slow -- and other times they would come to a dead stop as we zoomed past underneath them. We had no idea whether they were lookint at us or what they were doing. They came right over the air base at regular intervals all day long, generally heading east to west over Central Europe."

(italics emphasis in the original book copy, taken from "Leap of Faith" by Gordon Cooper, Mercury 7 astronaut)

So, Onerom99, put your money where your mouth is. Was Gordon Cooper an insane kook? YES OR NO?

To: NoGrayZone; HonestConservative

Brazenly rushing in where angels fear to tread here:

HonestConservative;

appears to me as

A kind of solid . . . very discerning, perceptive, not given to suffering fools easily or gladly; CAN DO; responsible; talented, effective, good at managing; . . . yet quite capable of having fun with the right friends in the right context.

NoGrayZone;

appears to me as

Bright; fun loving; energetic; Quite sensitive to others’ feelings and plights; loves to help others feel happy; loves the intimacy of healthy mature yet serendipitously silly friends; can be easily touched with compassion toward others’ pains; . . . I can imagine you having a range of ideas in almost any given situation. You strike me as someone who’s persistently searching for a solution, an out, something better.

NothingLeftToLose;

appears to me as

kind of a mix between the other two of you . . . sometimes a ballast holding you to earth lest you fly off too easily too far . . . yet also enjoys being serendipitously silly on occasion . . . I think she also ponders deeply maybe above average . . . seeing beneath the surface . . . though I think she’s less given to sharing such thoughts than Honest Conservative MIGHT be in some contexts . . . I suspect that NLTL can be counted on to get the dishes done—at least eventually—and the other necessary things the group might have to deal with. I hope that NLTL has you other two much in her life. She deserves your caring and support, imho, quite strongly.

All of you come across as bright and with big hearts.

All of you come across as capable, diligent (enough), gifted, communicative, assertive—at least to a point; . . .

I should hush.

Now—PLEASE—what percentage of the above IMPRESSIONS, items are true to mostly true for each person?

Pinging Onerom99 to post #182.

THIS, my FRiend is why the topic of UFOs is of the UTMOST importance to some of us! The deceptive tactics of the Devil will be astounding in the end times. The Word tells us so.

My concerns are for those that will believe the lie. The lies will perish many souls. Never underestimate the power of Satan's treachery.

Don’t have the details on the tip of my brain or fingers.

You could go to

http://www.standeyo.com

I think he has a number of earth maps from various kinds of prognosticators . . . none of whom are particularly Christian though Stan is . . .

one source being Hopi elders . . .

virtually all of whom ‘see’ Florida—the entire Southern half—being totally under water in coming years.

And more than 39 years ago, I heard a Christian prophetic source I respected at the time, can’t recall her name—I think she lived there at the time—note that Southern Florida would be totally under water at some future point in time in the END TIMES. I believe this was something God showed her in a dream or vision.

I don’t recall for sure . . . I don’t particularly have you in a mental file category of ‘typical naysayer.’

That line was directed at any ‘naysaying’ tendencies you may have lurking and to any naysayers reading the exchange.

Oh boy, okay, here we go.....

HonestConservative.....right on. " very discerning, perceptive, not given to suffering fools easily or gladly; CAN DO; responsible; talented, effective, good at managing;

She does have her own radio show, every Sunday night. Serious person, but yet "quite capable of having fun with the right friends in the right context."

"NoGrayZone.....

Yes and no. Perhaps I didn't understand your analysis of me. I've taken the Jung personality test and came out an ISTJ. That is very very close to me.

NLTL (my sister)"a ballast holding you to earth lest you fly off too easily too far . . . yet also enjoys being serendipitously silly on occasion . .....lol, yes yes.

I'm protective of my sister because I think she is way too nice to people. We are very close in personalities; however, I am the more "keeper of the gate" where she is the "give them a chance" kind.

Well, isn't THAT lovely as I sit here 4 miles from the Gulf of Mexico at 7 ft. elevation.

Aw thanks. I don't get together with HC as often as I'd like, she's in PA. But whenever I can get the chance, it is always a pleasure!

Thanks.

That would explain the protective feelings I felt when looking at your sister.

LOL.

May try and give you another shot by FREEPMAIL later. If I forget and you are interested, remind me.

Been a while since I looked at the Myers Brigs. Would have to brush up on it.

Thanks for your kind responses.

Pray, houeto.

God knows His priorities for you.

IF He’s going to Rapture you just ahead of the engulfing waves . . . no point in moving.

On the other hand, with different fingers clinging to the rocks . . .

Northern New Mexico has some good land, still.

That's a rhetorical "huh", really don't need to reply.

While I have your attention though, you may remove my name from you ping list. We're done, pal.

She never has a problem in real life, lol.
