Yes, exactly. I am unaware of any SS divisions fighting in Stalingrad, nor, to the best of my knowledge, were there any Tiger Tanks in that battle as well. Tigers were not introduced in any significant numbers until 1943.

You are correct, no SS at stalingrad.
The captions give the impression of Germans advancing thought the streets with little real resistance.
On the other hand, the russians have been know to take a little creative license with history as well. Many russians I know will tell you that the war in the pacific ended not because of our A bombs, but because the japanese feared the russians

I have seen better dioramas. Nice attempt, but a bit crammed. Historically inaccurate... as are many of the paint-jobs.

I did an Alamo diorama in the 5th grade. I wanted to give Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie M-60s and the Kentuckians a couple Patton tanks, but Mom vetoed those improvements.

You could have put in a couple of strings of claymores and Mom would have never known the diference;)
