DAYTON, OhioA mom was in court Monday after she was accused of having sex in her car while her children watched from the backseat.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Authorities said they found 24-year-old Danica Wallace engaged in sexual activity with a man in the front seat.
Wallace was charged with two counts of endangering children and public indecency.
She reportedly told police she pulled over to have sex because they could not have sex at a friends house.
Wallace told a different story in court and pleaded not guilty Monday.
I had spilled beer on my pants, and when I went to change my pants, the police pulled up and said I was engaged in sex in the seat, Wallace said in court. I was not engaged in any sex while my kids were in the backseat.
Wallaces 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter were in the back seat.
She failed a field-sobriety test, according to police.
Police said officers found open beer bottles and marijuana residue in the car.

??? You mean like Danica Patrick, the race car driver?
Yeah, and that’s exactly what’s wrong with this world...
Just sometimes?
Yeah, you’d think those people that live in a desert with nothing but sand, could come up with a better solution...
“The first time I had sex I was scared to death - - I was all alone!”
/Rodney Dangerfield
Only in the last hundred years or so was the average person able to afford a house(in the US) with more than one bedroom. In most parts of the world, that is still not an option. Parents regularly had sex within feet of their children in the US, and still do to this day in 75% of the world. Get over it, its normal in most of the world, and always has been.
That thing is 24??
“Police said officers found open beer bottles and marijuana residue in the car”.
It is the only way to make love before realizing their partners in reality.
And look; she’s ready to have sex in a car.
You’d be wrong.
I just took a drink of some juice and nearly choked to death! lol lol lol Once my husband went to visit a friend in another state, now this friend has cats and my husband used to be afraid of them. He calls me complaining that every time he goes to the bathroom the cats get in somehow and stare at him while he is on the facilities. He said they will NOT go away. I laughed so hard I thought I would die, just like now when you gave that comment.
Well, I doubt that 'sometimes' is correct. I'd say 'many times, but not all the times, FR can be such a shallow place. Particularly on certain types of threads.'
That would be closer to the truth, since certain threads REALLY attract certain types of FReepers that, while not DUmmies, must have been related to them intellectually a few breeding cycles ago. While not common, there are some posts I've seen that really push the boundary deep into DUmmie territory. That is to be expected ofcourse ...after all, we are a diverse group of individuals, and one of the strengths of this forum is the fact that any given moment you can receive a wealth of information from a very diverse knowledge component. However, that also implies that we also have the myopic, the immature, the brusque, and the unintelligent.
“However, that also implies that we also have the myopic, the immature, the brusque, and the unintelligent.”
That is the strong trend, amplified by the echo chamber effect.
Waht race? How about IndyCar? ;)
“Think of the billions of people living (and reproducing) all over the world who live (and have lived) in one room shacks.”
Quite true. A dog has no need to get a room.
“And the billions who use their left hands instead of toilet paper...”
It pays to be culturally aware.
