>>claiming the city Retirement Board has no right to revoke his pension on the grounds of "moral turpitude." Scully's suit filed Friday claims he would suffer "severe financial loss" if he loses his pension because he is unlikely to land another job in his field.

Is NAMBLA hiring? Scully, IIRC, had a special attraction to a 15 yr old boy and took him back to his house to show him porn.

>> (2/23/08) Scully, 59, is charged with possessing child pornography and disseminating pornography to a minor, after allegedly inviting a teenage boy he met at the library to his Walnut Avenue home. But Scully's lawyer, Ronald Ranta, is awaiting a final report from a computer expert he hired to examine Scully's computer. Ranta said yesterday that the expert believes the child pornography — fewer than 10 images — was downloaded via a virus or "Trojan horse" software program

>>Investigators allege there was an inappropriate relationship between Scully and the boy, which started after Scully caught the boy viewing inappropriate Web sites on a public library computer. Scully invited the boy, then 15, to his Walnut Avenue home, the boy later told investigators. Over the next two years, the boy regularly visited Scully's home, telling them he looked at pornography on Scully's computer and that on one occasion, Scully "patted" his backside as he walked up a flight of stairs.

Regardless if the guy is a scumbag, his pension is his pension.

If he had a 401k he contributed to, should that also be taken?

It’s absurd.
