You can search Stephen Greer, MD’s DISCLOSURE PROJECT site . . . he has a whole organization devoted to the ‘free energy’ thing alone.

But there have been multiple sources saying essentially the same thing the last 20-30 years.

From what I can see, the "Free Energy" violates the "1st law of thermal dynamics". /moonbat>

I'll take a pass on it.

Hint: no working prototype, either.
