Tonight, on "Lie to Me" - a show I REALLY liked, they HAD to do it... The cop says words to the effect of ==you probably have a large Cheney sized safe===and there were multiple references to Abu Gharib, and torture tactics, and dictatorship in reference to the former administration.

I'm just soooo darn sick of it.

Try watching the spanish soaps, they leave politics out of it :-). A really good one on right now is “Manana Es Para Siempre” :-). However, there was one soap a while back that mentioned global warming.

I was just saying the same thing to my wife. “Note the “bad” ex-FBI agent had killed animals in his house and (gasp) a gun cabinet in the corner of the room.
I think it shows lack of intelligence by the writers. A good show (if they are going to use that type of content) should present it in a “this is a current issue in debate: here are some of the positive AND negatives”.

That's why it's hard to find a good show to watch, the libs constantly slip their crap in and you can't find anything decent to watch.

Relax. Watch ‘CHUCK’. The govt dude is a Reagan advocate. NCIS usually has a George Bush poster at the background in some scenes and CSI NEW YORK, Gary Sinise who is a real-life pro-military guy, usually has his Reagan cup and poster at the background.

I know! I had the same reaction to the Large Cheney sized safe. The 24hr plot is also irritaing and preposterous. Domestic private military takeover indeed.
This crap is straight out of James Bond.
