Thumbs UP for Cheney.
Powell is finally at peace - he’s the racist Demoncrat he has ALWAYS been. The GOP “big tent” is a farce. Powell was part of the “big tent” based on COLOR and NOT PRINCIPLE. The GOP must get back to PRICIPLE and stop this pushing along of those who LACK GOP PRINCIPLES.

Bob Schieffer is using DIVIDE and CONQUER to splinter the GOP. He’s a nasty little fellow.

Cheney related on CBS's Face the Nation how my take on it was Colin had already left the party. I didn't know he was still a Republican. You're not the only one, Mr. VP. And back in the day when Powell was a Republican, it was in name only.

If we lived in a sane world, with a sane electorate, Cheney would have stood for election in 08, and won in a landslide.

Powell never was a true republican, he just played one on TV!

What—he wouldn’t choose the lying, back stabbing, two faced, racist Powell!?!

I would vote for Cheney even if he were dead. He’s that good.

One good thing about the heat being turned up in the GOP.
We are finding out who are the sheep and the goats...plus RINO’s in ‘Rats fur!

I don't understand why anyone would be surprised that Powell is no longer welcome in the party. He openly supported the opposition in the last election and he continues to speak against Republican interests.
If they want to see what happens to a Democrat when they do something similar they need look no further than Senator Lieberman who ran as the Democrat VP candidate and was viciously attacked by his party for supporting the War on Terror. I don't see Powell being treated nearly as bad as Lieberman was.
