Merry Ole England is taking a how to levy unfair taxes from their yankee counterparts. (hmm!). They are going to impose their own form of eTax specifically targeting Google. Why? To booster the coffers of the BBC. Rob the rich to give to the poor mismanaged public service TV. (hmm! Again).

Not sure I understand how UK can force Google to pay? Could Google just say “if you are going to require us to pay a tax, then don’t allow dot au ip’s to access Google. Just that simple. Call their bluff. If Google gives in then everyone in the world will all so want their piece of the pie.
