I’ll have the Hillary Combo! Two very small breasts, two enormous thighs, and beak!

You forgot the huge left wing.

Yum is really spinning now, they are calling 1234 a 'sample?' (when Orca had it all over her website)

I heard that at least third hand, so it's not gospel. I hadn't heard post #19's version of the host software crashing and the 1234 coupon being posted as an attempt to salvage a bad situation.

I can see lawsuits everywhere out of this.

I think it would be safer to be in South Central LA at 2 AM in the morning, than to get in between that bunch.

Yes, you’re correct.

I actually installed the special coupon printer software about a year ago to print off two $5 off cat food coupons.

However, the software writes values to the registry to limit you to just two coupons. I even went into the registry to blow away all entries related to “coupon,” “coupons,” coupons.com, etc. and it won’t work (in addition to removing the coupon printer software via Add/Remove Programs). Even reinstalled Firefox from scratch, thinking that might help. Nope.

I was so broke that I would reinstall my operating system every week or two, just so I could print off new cat food coupons (that’s the only way it would let you print more).

How sad is that? LOL.

And you can’t go to the library to print them off, because the library blocks the .exe file for the coupon printer (and I hesitate to use someone else’s computer for this, as I don’t want to install any “spyware” on their PC).

If you have any idea of how to workaround printing off additional coupons without reinstalling XP, please feel free to PM me.

I would be most grateful.

Thanks.

LOL. Reminds me of the ONE funny scene in the movie “Double Take”. One of the Actors “Orlando Jones” is trying to “ACT” black...and is mad on a train for not having schlitz Malt Liquor! LOL

If you really want to do this (?), the solution is to make a small partition on your hard drive where you do quickie reinstalls of xp from time to time.

In other words, you have C: with your normal production install of XP and D: (a partition of the same physical drive as C:) where you reinstall XP over and over when you want new cat food coupons.

If that actually sounds appealing to you (???), I can guide you through it in PM.

I doubt very much that Oprah is paying for anything. I got a coupon like this. I think it was in the USA Today paper that comes on Sunday. It wasn’t for the meal but for one piece of the new grilled chicken.

This morning I read that some places weren’t accepting the coupons with 1234 at the end.

some local managers aren’t doing this without corporate support, so they have the leeway to throw the 1234’s out the window (although i’m not sure how legal that is since Orca put it up on her own webiste in partership with YUM brands)

Btw, I thought Oprah only ate at the “Y”?

No Burger King, just Gayle King.

The last 4 digits, 1234.

Yeah that's REALLY hard changing those last 4 digits. Took me all of 5 minutes in Paint.

The other day, my fiance text messaged me, asking me to print out the coupons. I replied “NO”, he replied back “Why” and I replied back “F*ck Oprah”, LOL. He never replied back.

Wow, never thought of that. That's quite genius. Seems like maybe this link would be a helpful start, although I'm not sure about specifics, i.e., size to specify for certain data fields.

Thanks very much for your kind, generous offer to guide me through the process. You're right - it does sound (a bit?) crazy, so for now I'll just think about it, but in the future may send a FReepmail.
