Yes, you’re correct.

I actually installed the special coupon printer software about a year ago to print off two $5 off cat food coupons.

However, the software writes values to the registry to limit you to just two coupons. I even went into the registry to blow away all entries related to “coupon,” “coupons,” coupons.com, etc. and it won’t work (in addition to removing the coupon printer software via Add/Remove Programs). Even reinstalled Firefox from scratch, thinking that might help. Nope.

I was so broke that I would reinstall my operating system every week or two, just so I could print off new cat food coupons (that’s the only way it would let you print more).

How sad is that? LOL.

And you can’t go to the library to print them off, because the library blocks the .exe file for the coupon printer (and I hesitate to use someone else’s computer for this, as I don’t want to install any “spyware” on their PC).

If you have any idea of how to workaround printing off additional coupons without reinstalling XP, please feel free to PM me.

I would be most grateful.

Thanks.

If you really want to do this (?), the solution is to make a small partition on your hard drive where you do quickie reinstalls of xp from time to time.

In other words, you have C: with your normal production install of XP and D: (a partition of the same physical drive as C:) where you reinstall XP over and over when you want new cat food coupons.

If that actually sounds appealing to you (???), I can guide you through it in PM.
