I’m not Catholic, so it’s really none of my business, but I can’t understand the problem they have with allowing priests to marry.

21 of the 22 Churches sui juris which comprise the Catholic Church ordain, as a norm, married men. However, once ordained, a single Priest may not marry. Also, married men who are ordained must adopt the discipline of celibacy if their spouse precedes them in death.
