Other reports posted on the 24 thread by McGruff state the guy knocked Shields over and Kiefer asked him to apologize, the guy pushed Kiefer so he headbutted him back.

May I ask a question? Why do men headbutt? Wouldn’t punching a person hurt a lot less?

Knocking Brooke Shields over would be quite an undertaking. Once, back in the ‘80s, I was in a popular nightclub in D.C. when I found myself standing beside Ms. Shields and two Eurotrash companions. I'm six foot, but she seemed to tower over me, and her legs, in a pair of black leggings, looked like the trunks of two trees. That was one solidly built woman.
