Looks like the Pasadena City Hall May Day (anti-tax) event was sort of a low turnout, with probably just over 100 people showing up (at 4 pm on a Friday before people got off work).
So of course because of the low turnout the Pasadena Star News put it on the front page and made it look as stupid as possible.
But I thought it was interesting how differently one can describe 100 people: Reporter Dan Abendschein said "dozens" showed up for the May Day event. Meanwhile, April 30 the Pasadena Star News ran an AP blurb re swine flu with the absurd headline: "U.S. swine flu cases over the century mark." http://www.pasadenastarnews.com/news/ci_12261190
