Probably less time than it would take for her to sign the ticket.
Correction: Probably more time than it would take for her to sign the ticket.
So if you are sitting in your car, and an officer says “You either sign this ticket, or I place you under arrest and tow your vehicle”, then you are saying the person signed it knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily?
There was no duress involved?
If I were to outfit my car with spiffy lights, have somebody make me a nice set of duds, and pull you over with a .40 strapped to my side are you gonna tell me to F off?
Your arguments basically amount to “What? You don’t like the NY Jets? You’re guilty!!!”
I was pulled over for not signalling on a road that only turned one way, making me and my late for my wife’s surgical appointment. When done, I looked in my rearview, and saw the officer pull back onto the road without signalling.
By the way, my wife said she heard the clicking of the signal, and I swore I signaled, but who is the judge going to believe; me or the cop raising revenue for the city?
