Oh, sorry, maybe you could explain the "herd immunity" comment. I didn't realize this was your own composition.

I've read too that many more people die of the normal flu than are dying from this, yet WHO didn't raise their alert level so high because of the normal flu. So I'm more wondering why they are reacting as they are rather than panicing myself.

I'm leaving town tomorrow for some public gatherings. Hmmm.

Herd immunity is poulation immunity from previous wide ranging seasonal flu infections. It has nothing to do with politics.

We have no herd immunity which means 40% to 50% of us will likely get this virus.

Not to panic. Just stock up on the medicines that will strengthen you. Avoid the rush.
