Sadly, Zero will likely appoint a Bolshevek who’s 35 years old and in good health as Justice Souter’s replacement.

Souter was a huge disappointment and I am sure one of President Bush big regrets. I just know the resolve our Conservative judges have and they will be retiring the day they go into their coffin.
