NEW YORK The Fox network is sticking with its regular schedule over President Barack Obama this week.
The network is turning down the president's request to show his prime-time news conference on Wednesday. The news conference marks Obama's 100th day in office. Instead of the president, Fox viewers will see an episode of the Tim Roth drama "Lie to Me."
It's the first time a broadcast network has refused Obama's request. This will be the third prime-time news conference in Obama's presidency. ABC, CBS and NBC are airing it.

I thought that America’s Funniest Teleprompter Screw-Up Videos was already part of the Fox lineup.....
Dr. Lightman: Through careful analysis of Barack Obama's facial expressions you can tell whether he is being truthful or not.
Dr. Foster: Well, there is a slight tic of his left eyebrow.
Lightman: Although interesting, that is not his give away.
Foster: His neck muscles appear tense. Is that it?
Lightman: No. You're looking at the periphery. Look at the center.
Foster: Something about how he uses his lips?
Lightman: Precisely. When he is moving them you can be certain that he is lying.
LOL!!!!!
LOL I had the same thought. Air “Lie to Me” to ZerØ. What’s the difference, might as well go with our own show. LOL
Lets have a Tea Party, watching Fox.
Drive some ratings up and drive the MSM into Bankruptcy faster.
Yeah, I like the clip of Clinton shaking his finger at the camera with the famous, “I did not have...”. I’m looking forward to them using Pelosi and her statement regarding her knowledge of the use of waterboarding.
wahoooooo good for Fox!
I seem to recall they used Queen Michelle nObama in their pilot episode as an example. I was hooked immediately!
Alright!!! Way to go, Fox!
When you see it in print and start analyzing what he actually said, it become immediatly apparent how vacuous it is.
I’ll be looking for a good Bugs Bunny cartoon during that time. It is far more realistic and actually has socially redeeming qualities.
Yay!!!!
Outstandingly magnificent decision.
The President will make no mention of the fact that while on his honeymoon, he caught the clap. We don’t need to hear more boasting.
I think the man is running scared and insecurely craves an opportunity to renew support among the deaf, dumb and blind sheeple.
Fox says no to o! ping!
Instead of the president, Fox viewers will see an episode of the Tim Roth drama "Lie to Me."
ROFL!!
FOX bump for having the courage to stick a finger in the eye of the beast.
Yes indeed,great news! & Y W!
LOL! “Lie to Me” airing instead...appropriate dig at obama!...& very true about him.
I never watch the broadcast networks, so I have no idea which programs Zero is pre-empting. Which shows will viewers be missing Wednesday night?
Actually, that's not a bad idea.
