Thank you!
Beautiful! We’ve always had RIR and Dominnickers. Thot I’d try the buffs this year. Lost one this morning. :( Went out to water and feed up and she was just dead. No extra critters—snakes, possums, coons. Oh well.
We had guineas come in today. I want some. If they don’t all get claimed... LOL I’m sure my rat terrorists would love them!
Mallards coming in tom, but we’re going to raise them and turn them loose. They’re my son’s project.
Your garden looks great! Mine is much sloppier and bigger! It’s beautiful right now. In another couple of weeks when the temps stay in the 90’s and every insect known to man appears and decides that I’m lunch...
:( Sorry about the figs. Sounds like your pears are doing great.
Growing them was a request from my wife. She remembered eating fresh figs right off the tree as a young girl in Louisiana and I told her I did the same thing in California as a boy. So we had to try!
I will try again - not quiting!
