NBC has a long history of tv shows that gain popularity through gimmickry, while being deeply manipulative. From the anti-military theme of “the a-team” intense sociopolitical propaganda of “scrubs”.

Gosh! Is that show still on the air?
Watching it is like going to your high school reunion and finding that nobody's changed. Or maybe like stumbling on some creepy village that's been forgotten by time.
