About the pit bull threads...
Okay, I am going to ease off on the pit bull threads. The Admin Moderator has not asked me to, nor have I been threatened with banishment. Nor am I persuaded by the threads devoted to bashing me for posting these stories.
I am just frankly getting tired of it myself. These attacks are basically unending, and it will only get much worse as school is out for Summer, and kids are around more, the temperatures rising, and what have you.
I will certainly still post these from time to time, or maybe I'll do one post that summarizes the day's worth of pit bull attacks, or post only once every few days when another child has not just been mauled but killed as well, but ignore the garden variety attacks. I just didn't want anyone to think that either (a) The mods pressured me to stop or ease off (they have not) or (b) The posts have slowed because the Pit Bulls have suddenly become as docile as their owners say they are.

The Pit Bull is bred to have massive force in its jaws. It was developed as a breed that way. It was also bred for ferocity.
Any dog can snap, and turn on an adult, or a child. When a Pit Bull does this, because of its massive strength , it can kill.

Wait a minute.... I raised Dobermans for 30 years and I can honestly say that not one of my guys ever bite anyone.... that I didn’t ask them to. ;>)
Now the golden retrievers are being very crafty by making scapegoats of a few wayward pit bulls. Those golden retrievers know how to manipulate the media to their advantage, that is for sure.
I, for one, will not let the golden retrievers fool me for one minute. They can wag their shaggy tails and gaze at me with their doe-eyes all they want but I can see right through them and see them for the hardened, conniving and downright scary beasts that they really are.
I sure wish that others beside me could see the conspiracy for what it is. Can't they see that these golden retrievers are infiltrating our suburban homes at a frightening pace? So long as the spotlight remains on the poor, hapless pit bulls, the golden retrievers are free to plot and plan the destruction of us all.

A dog is a dog but one whose lineage has been bred to kill other dogs comes with some luggage.
Would that these owners had been 'bred' to control these animals as a professional would, and that they'd come with a 4-5 million dollar insurance policy. Go ahead, make Me a Millionaire, you pitbull aficionado.

Have you ever had to do it twice?
Have you ever had to go to the local emergency room to have cuts to your hand from a bitbull bite?
Have ever had to pay the bills at that emergency room?

My grandbabies and all childeren in my nieghborhood can count on this emotioal robot to defend them,one way or another!

Anyone who knows there Bible know they will NOT know who that final person is. Christians won't be here when that takes place. As a pretribber, I find those kinds of threads amusing. Obama is so transparent it's sad. He's evil but not the “anti-Christ” referred to in prophecy. I would expect that person to be intelliegent and smooth - Obama is not.
Dang funny! Golden Labs in the 6-8 week range are guilty of same. Fuzzy little bears with sharp teeth, I tell ya.

IMO, you could continue to accomplish that with less personal cost by posting multiple links of stupid vicious dog owners on a regular basis, with perhaps a very dramatic header photograph of a pit bull (and possibly a doberman, etc.) caught in the process of actually ripping large chunks of flesh out of, say, a senior citizen and a toddler or two (photoshop ok).
If you don't do this, I may tame a badger, wolverine, leopard or hyena just to outdo these dangerous animal fans at their own game. Best wishes.
I have never raised a Pit Bull and I don’t ever want to, however, I suspect that the issues with them go far beyond strength.
I have a very friendly German Shepherd dog. He is a gentleman and he loves people, kids and just about everyone he meets. Although he is only 10 months old, if he were to attack a person, he would be like trying to stop a train. He is very athletic and flat loves to play... the more excitement and challenge the better.
He is my gentle giant, I trust him, but I am still cautious with him around others and even though he loves kids, I would never leave him alone with one.
