H202 is excellent for cleaning the built up smegma around a horse's penis. It also cleans the fossa above the horse's urethra better than anything I have ever used.
As for oral health, a recent study went the opposite direction of most of the posts here. H202 was compared to just using isotonic saline as a mouth rinse and the saline was superior. In nursing home patients and oral cancer patients, oral isotonic saline was superior to any of the dilutions of H202.
