Huh? Actually is de-motivates a majority of kids and teaches them to bow down to the government.

I think both are true. Most kids are hurt by bad education just like most are hurt by poverty or bullies or being orphans. But occasionally it motivates an exception child to fight back and rise above it.
I’m not arguing for the current education system anymore than I support poverty.
