Jury recommended death in November and the Judge just now gets around to the sentencing. Given that the death sentence cycle takes 20+ years in California and is getting longer all of the time, I think that it will be the 3rd blue moon of February before Skylar needs worry about anything in that area. Where is the deterrence value?
