Something seems very wrong here. "O" is traveling all over the world, press releases, interviews, photo ops.......but he has said NOTHING about the attack on an American Ship by pirates in the sea. WHAT is going on? This should be a MAJOR issue - confronted by the President of the United States, IMHO!
Just curious - what do YOU think?

No doubt he feels embarrassed. On the other hand I doubt he wants to feel impeached!
Yes its unreal, but just a whisper of anything about Sarah Palins family and all we get is sonic booms from the MSM rushing to the wires.
ditto!
I think our Resident believes that, if it had not been for ACORN, that could be him out there holding that ship’s captain as a hostage.
Obama: "What's our next move my reflective King?"
TOTUS, talking like Cobra from GI Joe: "Blame this on the previous administration and keep talking about hope and change you blooming idiot!"
0 is too busy with such a pesky issue. He is traveling doncha know? (grr)
We'd have to be fools to believe that a community organizer with no experience running anything would all of a sudden know how to run banks, the auto industry or the security of our county.
He has surrounded himself with the appeasers of the Clinton years and they don't know what to do either!!
Not only does he not know what to do...he doesn't even know what to say without embarassing himself!! When the White House was asked for a comment about the pirate crisis, they said he was too busy with the housing crisis to comment.
Reports suggest there are no more than 3 terrorists in the lifeboat with the Captain.
Unless they have reason to believe the terrorists are 16 year old kids, snipers could have taken them out on their heat signatures.
Swimmers in the water would be within a matter of feet to escort the Captain back to his ship.
“On the other hand I doubt he wants to feel impeached!”

Sorry. No one to lead and/or fight in that battle.
Won’t happen.
Guys!
Guys!
We’re not discussing that right now.
Just housing & the economy!
You find some Somali pirates from Minneapolis raiding Barney Frank’s home in DC and you’ll find your leadership in that battle.
Question: Why would we send war ships ‘to the rescue’, when it would take them over 14 hours to arrive at the scene? What ever happened to JETS?
From a WSJ article:
In fact, piracy is making a comeback because the world has largely allowed it. The owners of captured vessels have been willing to pay multimillion dollar ransoms to recover the ships, 16 of which and 200 crew members are currently in pirate hands. Restrictive or ambiguous rules of engagement — a bequest of the Law of the Sea Treaty — create further difficulties for navies trying to prevent piracy. Western states have also been wary of trying captured pirates in their own courts, choosing instead to remand them to Kenya’s jurisdiction.
Obama approves of the Law of the Sea Treaty.
He’s figuring out how much money he’s going to give them.
And he and the media will call it a great victory when they release the guy.
And in a few months, some righ-wing news org. will write a story informing us how much we paid them, and it will be ignored.
This is how the Europeans handle this kind of thing, and it’s a big reason why it’s such a problem now.
They’ll be released after 444 days...
Hillary “2009 Apology Tour” Clinton laughed her way through a weak attempt at a response when asked the question today. Got a hostage and she’s laughing it off.
It is bizarre. We are truly on our own. American citizens abroad can expect no help from this administration.
IMO, Obama should do whatever is necessary to secure this captain's release -- no sense letting the guy die. But when he's free, he should launch coordinated attacks to wipe out all known bases for these SOBs. It's gone on too long.
